I am a newly certified Havening Practitioner, multidisciplinary explorative creative and onion grower based in the Murraylands, South Australia.

Grounded in this rural life, I create as Farmgestic, working across painting, clay sculpture, and poetry, alongside historical research and writing projects that explore people and place. Farmgestic reflects the vast, layered majesty of rural life I live.

In parallel, I offer an ‘as needs’ Havening practice. I bring a gentle, compassionate approach that supports people in softly releasing emotional distressing memories and the effects of difficult experiences. Havening is a kind, neuroscience-based process that works respectfully with the nervous system in a safe, confidential space. Informed by the practical resilience and thoughtful presence cultivated through farm life and creative work, I support each person at their own pace, helping them feel lighter, calmer, and more at ease within themselves.

What ties these roles together is a strong sense of self-direction, curiosity, and deep respect for the human experience — whether tending the land, shaping art, or supporting emotional healing. I move fluidly between physical work, intellectual inquiry, creative expression, and compassionate care.

If you are seeking gentle support I would be honoured to connect. I invite you to make an enquiry on the session enquiry link below
